SongSpark is provided free of charge and may be used without limits while the free tier is offered. We may add optional premium features in the future; core tools are intended to remain free.

2. No account, no uploads

All tools run locally in your browser. You are not required to create an account, and the content you generate is not transmitted to us. You are solely responsible for what you do with generated content.

3. Originality and ownership

Lyrics generated by SongSpark come from our own original templates, rhyme dictionaries and procedural logic. To the maximum extent permitted by law, you own the output you generate and may use it in your own songs, including commercial release. You agree not to use the tools to reproduce or closely imitate the lyrics, melody or style of any existing song or artist in a way that infringes copyright.

SongSpark 生成的歌词来自我们自有的原创模板、押韵词典与程序化逻辑。在法律允许的最大范围内，你拥有自己生成的输出，并可用于自己的歌曲，包括商业发行。你同意不利用本工具复制或高度模仿任何现有歌曲或歌手的歌词、旋律或风格，以免侵犯版权。

4. Melody output

Melodies are generated procedurally from musical scales and are provided as inspiration. Simple diatonic melodies can coincide with existing works; before commercial release, we recommend you check your melody for similarity to existing songs. We do not guarantee that generated melodies are free of resemblance to third-party works.
